If you would like to reserve tables – write the name of the team captain and attendees who will be at your table (10 per table). If there is no table captain, you’ll be seated with some really fun, good people. You are also welcome to email your guest names to thebonnellfoundation@gmail.com.
Table for up to ten people.
CF Attendance:
Adult persons with CF should avoid being at indoor events together because of the possible cross contamination of lung bacteria. If you find it necessary to be in the same room, cover your cough, wash hands/hand sanitizer — and do not shake hands. It's preferable that you stay a good distance apart. Persons with B. Cepacia or other bacteria that are drug resistant should not attend. Thanks for looking out for one another.
