I give The Bonnell Foundation: Living with Cystic Fibrosis legal rights to use my photograph in the Portraits of Cystic Fibrosis calendar. I expect no financial gain from donations to the Bonnell Foundation. I am allowing the Bonnell foundation to use my photograph/paragraph to promote the calendar.
